This is Jesse.
He is a very active boy from the late 1800s to early 1900s. (He is usually covered in dirt). Although he is known for lying, he has a very active imagination. He will usually tell people how his mother is the leader of a gang called the Deadly Vipers, but, in reality, she runs a pet shop.
